Refund Policy

At AlphaDesk, we are committed to delivering high-quality advertising services to our clients. As our offerings do not involve the sale of physical goods, our refund policy is designed specifically for the nature of our services. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital advertising and content publication, once an article or advertisement is published on a news website, the service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded. We do not provide refunds for services that have already been fully executed, including articles or advertisements that have gone live.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to cancel an ongoing advertising campaign or content publishing service mid-way, refunds will be processed based on the consumption of services at the time of cancellation. Specifically:

• A consumption report will be generated to reflect the services used up until the point of cancellation.

• Based on this consumption report and the pre-agreed cost of services, any unused portion of your payment will be refunded to the original source account.

• Please note that if the majority or entirety of the services have already been consumed or delivered, no refund will be applicable.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund or discuss the status of your campaign, please contact us at info@alphadesk.in. Our team will review your request and provide a consumption report detailing the services provided.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been approved and the consumption report has been verified.

4. Exceptions

There are no refunds available for services that have been fully delivered, including published articles and live advertising campaigns. However, if there is a technical error on our part, or the content has not gone live as scheduled, we will work to rectify the issue or, where necessary, offer a refund for the undelivered services.
