AlphaDesk specializes in the provision of digital services, including but not limited to:
Publishing articles and advertisements on news websites.
Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Content creation and promotion through various digital channels.
These services are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipment.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Campaign Setup: Once a service agreement is signed and all necessary materials (e.g., content, graphics, or campaign details) are provided by the client, we will begin the setup process. Typical setup times for campaigns vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. Our team will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon project initiation.
Article/Advertisement Publishing: For articles or advertisements that are scheduled for publication on news websites, we strive to meet the agreed-upon go-live date. The exact publication time may vary depending on the content review process by third-party platforms (news websites).
Campaign Duration: Once live, campaigns will run for the agreed-upon duration. Any changes to the schedule or campaign parameters should be communicated promptly.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful service delivery, we ask that clients:
Provide all required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information before submission.
Maintain open communication with our team for any clarifications or updates during the campaign period.
4. Confirmation of Service Delivery
Upon the launch or completion of a campaign or service, you will receive confirmation from AlphaDesk, which may include:
A confirmation email or report detailing the campaign’s start and end dates.
A link to the live article or advertisement.
Analytics or consumption reports (if applicable) to track the progress of ongoing campaigns.
5. Changes and Delays
Client Changes: If you wish to make changes to a campaign after it has been initiated, such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Significant changes may incur additional fees or extend the delivery timeframe.
Delays: While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon delivery schedule, unforeseen circumstances, such as third-party platform delays, technical issues, or incomplete materials from the client, may affect service delivery. We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Mid-Campaign Cancellations
If you decide to cancel a campaign that is in progress, please refer to our Refund Policy. Cancellations will be processed based on the services consumed at the time of cancellation, and a consumption report will be provided to determine any applicable refunds.
7. No Physical Delivery
As all services provided by AlphaDesk are digital in nature, no physical goods will be shipped or delivered. All services are provided electronically, and any deliverables (e.g., reports, content) will be shared via email, cloud storage, or other digital means as agreed upon.
